Townhill Community Surgery

Following NHS England instruction, while we are supporting the national Booster campaign, we are only able to provide emergency appointments. You will also be able to get medical advice and administrative help such as, a fit note or test results by selecting the eConsult tile above. Prescriptions need to be requested electronically. Please download the NHS app to order your medications directly from us, or alternatively, you can fill out an eConsult.

We will be running several COVID Booster clinics in the coming days including a mass clinic this Saturday 18th December 2021.  You will receive your appointment invite by text or phone call from the surgery.
