Prescriptions need to be requested electrionically. We still need 3 working days to have your prescription ready for the pharmacy. Please download the NHS app to be able to order your prescriptions directly from us electronically.
Do not stockpile medication by requesting more medication than you would normally need. If you are unable to use the NHS app, Patient Access or send an email form to order medication, please fill out an eConsult request. You could ask a family member or relative to complete an eConsult request on your behalf.
If you have been asked to self-isolate, and do not have access to a computer you can phone the surgery after 10:30a.m. The Patient Coordinators will be pleased to assist you in ordering your medication. Please note, we cannot accept prescription requests over the telephone for those who are able to use electronic methods of ordering including eConsult. We need to keep our lines free and would ask that you use this system responsibly.
As you will not be able to come to the surgery to collect your prescription, you will be asked to nominate a pharmacy for receipt of your electronic prescription.
