At Townhill we realise that young people can find going to the doctors  a bit, well, tricky sometimes. Need to see a doctor, without your parents knowing?  Off to Uni?  Due a jab?

As you get a bit older you may need to get health advice and checks about a growing number of things, and sometimes it’s, well, personal... So, whatever it is, it  can stay confidential (unless safeguarding concerns are identified). Get in touch and  we can make sure you get the treatment and advice you need. 

Need help or advice urgently?

Don't panic! If you’re experiencing an emotional crisis, The YoungMinds Crisis Messenger text service provides free, 24/7 crisis support across the UK. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need support, you can text YM to 85258.

You can use our  text-in service from 08:00 to 18:00 weekdays to get answers to your questions or concerns about medical, health, mental health or other issues affecting your wellbeing. All texts are confidential – to follow up and put you at ease. Simple
